Teva Poulain and Clemence Dede win 2026 Mountain Bike Pacific Cup
Tahiti’s Teva Poulain and Clemence Dede have claimed the Mountain Bike Pacific Cup, held as part of the 2026 Oceania Mountain Bike Championships in Brisbane, Australia.
The 2026 Pacific Cup had record representation for mountain bike with five nations represented, and riders from four nations taking home medals.
Oceania Cycling Confederation President and UCI Management Committee Member Tony Mitchell said, “The OCC was delighted to have riders from Guam, Nauru, New Caledonia, Samoa and Tahiti compete at the 2026 Mountain Bike Pacific Cup.
“Development of cycling among our Pacific Members continues to be a strategic priority for the OCC. To have record participation with five nations represented shows the impact our development work is having.”
“The Pacific Cup has been a valuable opportunity for riders to gain experience ahead of cycling’s return to the Pacific Games next year.”
